<p class="text-muted mb-3">Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an IPV Driver to join a leading Traffic Management company operating across the East Midlands and wider UK road network.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a field-based role requiring a reliable and safety-conscious individual with experience working on motorways and high-speed road networks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for operating Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) in support of temporary traffic management operations while ensuring the safety of road users and colleagues at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK Driving Licence (Category C / Class 2)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Driver CPC</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lantra NHSS 12 IPV Qualification</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">TTMBC (Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of motorway and high-speed road operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">NHSS 12AB General Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">NHSS 12C Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">HGV Class 1 (C+E)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">First Aid Qualification</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Roles & Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operate Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) on motorways and high-speed roads.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support temporary traffic management operations in accordance with NHSS</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects immediately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist Traffic Management crews with the installation, maintenance and removal of traffic management systems when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate records, driver checks and daily paperwork.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients and other team members.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attend emergency call-outs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake any other duties as directed by management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure vehicle checks are completed before and after every shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report incidents, near misses and defects immediately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain company equipment and vehicles to a high standard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe working practices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">All employees are required to:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.</p>
