<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Onboarding of new accounts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Taking client orders across various supply areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.</p>
