We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Russian Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of the social media landscape, ensuring platform safety and fostering positive user experiences for millions of users worldwide while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Sofia.

• Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines
• Review text, images, and videos in Russian to maintain high-quality standards for the digital community
• Investigate reports of potential policy violations and take appropriate corrective actions
• Stay updated on evolving trends within the social media industry to improve moderation accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate complex issues and edge cases
• Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict turnaround times and quality benchmarks

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for visa and relocation purposes)
