Job Description & Overview
FNZ is seeking a People Change Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract within the People & Culture team. You will drive complex people change and workforce transformation initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure commercially effective and employee-focused delivery.
You will design change strategies, support organisational design, and establish governance and risk controls to balance business objectives with employee experience across FNZ’s global programmes.
