<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a busy logistics operation based in Birmingham, delivering palletised stock to high-street retail stores across the Midlands and surrounding areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for regular, ongoing work, paid breaks, and the chance to become permanent.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be driving 16-pallet curtain-sided vehicles, equipped with tail lifts and manual pump trucks, completing approximately 10–12 store deliveries per day within a radius of around 150 miles from the Birmingham depot.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on delivery role, so you will need to be comfortable getting out of the cab and assisting customers with their deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing approximately 10–12 multi-drop deliveries per day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Delivering palletised stock to high-street retail stores.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating the vehicle's tail lift and manual pump truck.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting store staff with moving stock from the pallets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collecting and returning empty pallets to the depot.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing delivery paperwork and digital delivery records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out daily vehicle checks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health & safety and company procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing professional customer service at every delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours: Typical start times are:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday: 05:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tuesday–Thursday: 07:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Friday: 08:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Friday shifts will generally focus on local deliveries and mopping up outstanding work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Breaks are paid, meaning you are paid from the start of your shift to the end.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid Class 2 (C) licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous multi-drop experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience delivering palletised goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using tail lifts and manual pump trucks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience delivering into retail stores/high-street locations is highly desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent customer service skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A professional attitude and good timekeeping</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No more than 6 penalty points (some endorsements may not be accepted)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must be comfortable with the physical side of the role, including moving pallets and assisting stores with their deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">First Shift: Before your first shift, you'll receive an induction covering the digital delivery system, Safe Systems of Work, tail lift operation and a brief tachograph test.</p>
