<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial to the organisation's financial operations and will involve maintaining product cost data files and ensuring standard cost governance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts, suppliers, and category management to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and data management.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsible and accountable for the quality of loaded supplier cost and published price files.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the department mailbox to ensure timely resolution of commercial and corporate support requests.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor product data accuracy in conjunction with third-party data sources.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee standard cost governance and conduct root cause failure analysis.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support Senior Analysts in providing cost analysis insights to commercial and corporate departments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure the accuracy of supplier cost file maintenance, including additions, deletions, and changes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor and maintain the integrity and consistency of purchase cost data for assigned systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Associate Analysts to develop process changes that enhance effectiveness and efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Ideal Candidate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Query.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Familiarity with data maintenance and loading processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communicator.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and meet deadlines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Capability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities.</p>
