Job Description & Overview
Dwelly is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line team across Tenant Find, Property Management, and Payments. You will drive day-to-day delivery through 2–6 staff initially, expanding to 6–12 as we scale, and be accountable for hitting key metrics daily and weekly.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong people skills, change management and a data-driven approach. Regular travel across UK branches and quarterly visits to London HQ are expected.
