Forklift Team Leader

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for an Offload Team Leader / Forklift Driver to join a busy recycling operation based in Purfleet.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role that combines forklift driving, team leadership and general recycling duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for overseeing the offload operation, supporting drivers and managing a team of 2 employees, while ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Please note: this is not a forklift-only position. The role involves working directly with waste, including food waste, and can be dirty, smelly and physically demanding.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Candidates must be comfortable working in this type of environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will ideally have:</p>
