<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mon - Friday - 9:00 - 17:00 (7 hours per day) 1 hour unpaid lunch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Groupage Operator to join their team based in Wickford, supporting their growing team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a member of the groupage team, you will work closely with a network of hauliers, partners, and clients to provide quotations, manage active shipments, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and build the client base.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">They want you to be able to promote and implement the companies core values making sure the teams you work with are all included. The key to success in the workplace is to work hard but have fun along the way.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Main Duties and Responsibilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Preparing accurate and comprehensive road, air, and sea quotations including all necessary terms and conditions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Manage active groupage shipments from start to finish; liaising with clients and partners/suppliers throughout.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Be aware of legislation and changes in regulation impacting customs processes and ensure all commercial documents hold all required information.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Complete customs entries for both imports and exports.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Manage related administrative tasks such as invoicing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and source new business opportunities, researching and contacting potential clients to grow operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Contribute ideas and adapt to changing operational demands in the freight forwarding sector.</p>
