HGV Class 1 Evening Shunter

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pertemps Southampton are looking for a Evening HGV Class 1 Shunter to start a permanent contract with our Client in Totton ASAP!</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for manoeuvring trailers around the yard and reversing into the warehouse at the end of the night as well as helping load trailers and strapping loads. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drivers will also be using a Forklift Counterbalance to load vehicles. Training for counterbalance can be provided. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£40,000 p.a. PAYE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">16:00pm – 01:00am</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5 shifts per Sun/Mo/Tues/Wed/Thurs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role requires Candidates to have a base line of physical fitness due to the manual handling when not driving. </p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Forklift Counterbalance (desired, but training can be provided)</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Valid CPC/Digi Tacho</span></li>
