<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader on behalf of our client, a leading European plant service partner supplying high-quality, sustainable plants to major UK retailers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing operation supporting large-scale distribution across the UK market.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead and supervise a production/packing line to ensure daily targets are achieved</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Allocate tasks effectively to team members and monitor performance throughout the shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet customer specifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support training and development of new and existing staff</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with management to resolve any operational issues quickly and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within production, logistics, or horticulture</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability</p>
