<p class="text-muted mb-3">Kilos Kouriers LTD is looking for reliable, professional and motivated multi-drop delivery drivers to join our growing team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for people who take pride in completing their work properly, communicate when problems arise and can work independently without constant supervision.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous multi-drop experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">THE ROLE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will normally complete approximately 80–90 deliveries per day within a designated area, although parcel volumes can vary.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Scanning, loading and organising your vehicle efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing deliveries accurately and professionally.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing scheduled collections and time-sensitive services.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following correct Proof of Delivery (POD) and scanning procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicating problems early, rather than waiting until the end of the route.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Taking reasonable responsibility for completing your allocated workload.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Looking after the company vehicle and reporting defects or damage promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following depot and Kilos Kouriers operating procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Parcel delivery can be physically demanding and busy, particularly during peak periods. Applicants should be comfortable working independently and managing a full delivery route.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role is best suited to someone who wants consistent work, takes pride in doing a job properly and can be trusted to work independently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hard-working — multi-drop delivery is active work and requires good organisation, resilience and time management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Successful applicants will progress through our recruitment and assessment process, which may include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Telephone interview → documentation and licence checks → practical/ride-along assessment → training → depot approval → route allocation.</p>
