EcoFlow is seeking an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer to provide after-sales technical support for our portable power products. This role is full-time and 100% remote from Ireland, requiring strong English communication and a customer-focused mindset.
You will interact via Chat and Hotline, collaborate with key accounts and sales teams, and document technical materials and feedback for product iteration.
