<p class="text-muted mb-3">C2 Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader - Stock Control to join a busy distribution centre in Basildon.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small team responsible for checking stock accuracy across the warehouse. You'll still be involved in the day-to-day operation, but you'll also be responsible for supporting your team, maintaining standards and making sure daily targets are achieved.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll lead the daily stock checking operation, making sure goods moving through the distribution centre are accurate and discrepancies are identified quickly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading a small warehouse stock control team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out physical checks on pallets, cages and trailer loads</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking outbound loads against paperwork and delivery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring daily performance and stock accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Making sure quality and productivity targets are achieved</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coaching and supporting team members</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting regular 1:1s and providing feedback</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate records and documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying recurring issues and helping improve processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Team Leader.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">If you've built good warehouse experience and you're someone who takes responsibility, supports others and naturally leads from the front, we'd be interested in speaking with you.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll need:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within stock control, goods-in, dispatch, inventory or auditing would be particularly useful</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confidence working with basic calculations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The confidence to support and motivate others</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work to targets without compromising accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be aged 18 or over</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full-time, permanent</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5 days out of 7</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">8-hour shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a site-based position working in an ambient warehouse environment.</p>
