<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using diagnostic equipment including TEXA and Jaltest</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigating and rectifying vehicle defects</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing vehicles for MOTs and completing any required rectification work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out repairs to a high standard and in line with manufacturer and industry</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working safely and maintaining a clean and professional workshop</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician who has:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of HGVs and commercial vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience carrying out servicing, inspections and repairs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to diagnose faults logically and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A professional attitude and pride in their workmanship</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and teamwork skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A self-motivated and reliable approach</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail when completing vehicle and service documentationClass 1 or Class 2 licence is beneficial but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent are desirable.</p>
